Shipping

All our orders are dispatched through our selected courier service (usually NZPost/ Aramex), shipping is free New Zealand wide for non-rural areas. For rural areas, extra amount is charged at the check out.

We endeavor to have orders delivered within 2-5 working days although delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to courier delays.

All International orders outside of New Zealand will be charged standard International Airmail prices which are calculated at checkout.

Refunds and Exchanges

You should anticipate differences in color, design, and size because all our products are handmade and will be one-of-a-kind. Regarding these issues, we do not accept returns.
Please contact us for return instructions if you are unsatisfied with any other item you ordered. You must return the unused item with its original packing and tags remaining on it.

Proof of purchase is necessary.

Exchanges or refunds must be made within 14 days of the product's delivery.
Please be aware that you are liable for return shipping costs as well as any product loss or damage during the return process. Using an insured delivery provider is what we advise.
We will issue refunds within 28 days of the date we receive the return and will not include the postage and packing costs.

Orders

It is expected that all the information you provide when placing an order is true and accurate. Only when your products are shipped will a contract for the provision of goods in compliance with your order be established.

Although we will reimburse any money if an order has already been paid for, we reserve the right to refuse it at our discretion. We will get in touch with you to offer you the choice to cancel your order and receive a refund if the products are out of stock.
